一次法根管治疗术中采用BLX镍钛机扩器械的临床观察

Clinical observation of BLX nickel-titanium machine in the treatment of a root canal therapy

目的分析BLX镍钛机扩器械在一次法根管治疗术中的应用效果。方法将2016年5月~2017年5月在我院行根管治疗的患者100例纳入本次实验,采取随机抽签的方式将其分为观察组与对照组,各50例,分别采取BLX镍钛器械根管预备和手用不锈钢K型锉根管预备,对两组患者的术后疼痛程度进行比较。结果观察组患者疼痛程度明显轻于对照组,组间比较P<0.05;观察组根管治疗期间发生急症发生率10.0%,低于对照组的28.0%,两组比较差异显著P<0.05。结论在一次法根管治疗术中应用BLX镍钛器械根管预备可有效减轻患者疼痛,利于保障治疗的效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of BLX nickel-titanium machine in one-time root canal therapy. Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent root canal therapy in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were included in this experiment. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases each, taking BLX. Nickel-titanium instruments for root canal preparation and hand stainless steel K-type canal root canal preparations were used to compare postoperative pain in both groups. Results In the observation group, the degree of pain was significantly lighter than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was P〈0.05. The occurrence rate of acute disease during the root canal treatment was 10.0% in the observation group and 28.0% in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of BLX nickel titanium instrument for root canal preparation can effectively reduce the pain of patients in a root canal therapy, which is beneficial to guarantee the effect of treatment. It is worthy of clinical application.
