FROM THE PUBLIC SPACE TO THE PUBLIC SPHERE:A TRANSDISCIPLINARY DUALISTIC SYSTEM AND DIMENSION IN THE URBAN STUDY

存量经济模式下城市公共空间的重要作用日益凸显。建筑学及相关城市研究在面对更加具体的城市问题时,需要关注人的社会性特征及其对城市生活的需求,厘清公共空间本体的存在意义与工作目标。在更广义的城市治理转型中,公共领域中的利益相关者具有基石作用,需借助社区规划师的协同机制与社区营造的操作途径实现需求导向的新型合作治理。

The urban public spaces are becoming increasingly important under the context of stock economic mode. In cases of more specific urban issues, architecture and relevant urban studies should pay more attention to the social features of people and their demands for the urban life, recognize the meaning of public space and goal of the work. In the scope of transformation of urban governance, the stakeholders act fundamental roles in the public sphere, the cooperative mechanism of community planner as well as the approaches such as community empowerment may be utilized for leading to demands-oriented collaborative governance mode.
