基于DCS的生活水处理装置控制系统设计

摘要 根据原水及出水水质要求,提出了生活水处理装置"调节池加多介质过滤加活性炭吸附加超滤加纳滤加消毒出水"的工艺流程。基于该工艺流程,提出了控制系统总体方案和分散控制系统(DCS)配置构成。为降低来水浊度和污染指数,对多介质过滤器和活性炭过滤器进行了反洗、初滤、过滤等流程的控制设计。为保证出水达到饮用水卫生标准,对超滤主机和纳滤主机进行了过滤、气洗、冲洗等流程的控制设计,提高了生活水处理的自动化程度。 According to the quality requirements of raw water and draining water,aprocess flow of"adjustment pool+ multimedia filter+activated carbon adsorption+ultrafiltration+nanofiltration+disinfected effluent"is proposed for living water treatment installation.Based on the process flow,the configuration of overall scheme of control system and distributed control system(DCS)are proposed.To reduce the incoming water turbidity and pollution index,the control design of backwash,primary filtration,filtration and other processes are carried out for the multimedia filter and activated carbon filter.To ensure the draining water meets the drinking water hygiene standards,the control design for the ultrafiltration host and the nanofiltration host subjected to filtration,air wash,flushing and other processes are carried out,the automation degree of the living water treatment is increased.
