电热水浴装置的MPC-PID串级控制研究 被引量:5

摘要 由于过程对象具有非线性、大滞后、控制精度要求高等特点,其控制手段一直是重点和难点,伴随着过程系统生产装置向大型化、集成化、复杂化发展,单一的控制手段已显得无能为力。论述了MPC-PID串级控制方法,采用电热水浴装置作为研究对象,建立了数学模型,用Matlab进行了控制仿真,对比了MPC-PID串级控制和常规控制手段的先进之处,并对系统的主要控制参数进行了研究。控制仿真结果表明:MPC-PID串级控制可以为实际的工业过程提供更加有效的控制方案。 Control method of process object is a key and challenging problem because of its inherent strong nonlinearity,large lag and high control precision requirement.A single control measure generally can not satisfy the requirement with the development of production installation in process system to upsizing,integrating,complication.The MPC-PID cascade control is expounded.The mathematic model is established with taking electric-heated water bath as a researched object.Control simulation is carried out with Matlab.The advantage of MPC-PID cascade control is contrasted with that of PID-PID and MPC.The major control parameters are studied.The control simulation results show that MPC-PID could provide more effective control strategy for industrial process.
