摘要
介绍了国外某市政污水处理控制系统的架构及网络拓扑结构。利用监控及数据采集系统(SCADA)与PLC组合,实现了"集中管理、分散控制"的目的,大幅提高了系统的可靠性。控制系统由现场检测及执行层级、区域控制层级、中央监控管理层级组成,各层级间的网络拓扑采用冗余环网。区域控制层级中PLC与I/O站之间采用Profibus DP冗余环网通信,区域控制层级和现场检测及执行层级间采用Profibus PA冗余环网通信。
The structure and network topology structure of one foreign sewage treatment control system are introduced.Applying combination of supervisory control and data acquisition(SCADA)and PLC,the aim of centralized management and distributed control is realized.The system's reliability is improved obviously.The control system is constructed with field detection,execution level,area control level and central monitoring management level.The topology of networks among each level is realized with reundant ring network to satisfy redundancy.Profibus DP protocol of redundant ring network com municationis adopted between PLC and I/O station in area control level.Profibus PA protocol of redundant ring network com munication is adopted among area control level,field detection and execution level.
