德占时期青岛主城区公园绿地规划建设及其启示

PLANNING AND CONSTRUCTION OF PARK GREENLAND IN MAIN DOWNTOWN OF QINGDAO CITY DURING GERMAN OCCUPATION AND THE ENLIGHTENMENT

青岛近代园林发端于德占时期,作为青岛主城区的欧人区,是公园绿地规划建设的重点区域,形成了鲜明的景观特色。因此,本文以当时规划图和建设状况图为依据,通过分析欧人区历次规划建设的变化,梳理欧人区公园绿地逐步实施的历史过程,并归纳了其主要特点,总结影响欧人区公园绿地规划建设实施的主要制度性因素。最后,从城市规划对公园绿地发展的作用方面,总结对当今城市园林绿地规划建设的现实启示。

The modern gardens in Qingdao city originates in the period of German occupation. As the European zone in Qingdao＇s downtown, it is a key area for the planning and construction of the park greenland, which has formed the distinctive landscape features. Therefore, based on the planning and construction status maps at that time, this paper analyzes the historical changes in each planning and construction of the European zone, sorts out the historical process of its gradual implementation of the park greenland, and classifies the main characteristics. Thereby, it summarizes the main institutional factors influencing the planning and construction of the park greenland in the European zone. Finally, from the role urban planning plays on the development of the park greenland, the paper sums up the practical inspiration for the current planning and construction of the greenland in cities nowadays.
