ENLIGHTENMENT ON COMMUNITY CREATION TO ACTIVATION OF RURAL AREAS IN CHINA: A CASE STUDY OF VILLAGE ACTIVATION IN SHIMANE-KEN

本文通过对日本乡村社区营造历程的梳理,总结岛根县活化步骤以及乡村内生力量组织方式,结合中国乡村特定背景以及特有问题,进行系统比较,探究并归纳适合中国乡村活化的社区营造途径。

By summarizing the creation process of rural communities in Japan, this paper sums up the procedures of activation and organization of its endogenous forces in Shimane-ken. Combining the specific background and peculiar issues existing in China＇s rural areas, it makes a systematical comparison, to discuss and summarize the ways of community creation which are suitable for the activation of rural areas in China.
