宣钢150 t转炉智能炼钢关键控制技术优化 被引量:12

摘要 宣钢公司150 t转炉智能炼钢控制系统在原有炼钢自动化的基础上,通过熔剂和合金自动上料、汽化自动上水、转炉自动下渣、干法除尘电场控制智能化改造,提高了炼钢生产的智能化程序。料种的全自动智能上料,达到上料、加料一体化精准控制;模糊PID调节的三冲量汽包液位自动控制,实现自动上水;一次除尘系统静电除尘器A电场控制和变压器升级改造,实现电场闪络可控、电流电压输出稳定、节电环保显著;红外摄像成像技术的滑板挡渣改造,实现模型自动控制下渣量,提高钢水纯净度。上述系统投入运行后,在提高炼钢智能化的同时,不仅使产品质量的提高,也降低了生产成本。 On the basis of the original steelmaking automation,the intelligent steelmaking control system of the 150 t converter of Xuansteel company has improved the intelligent process of steelmaking production through the automatic feeding of flux and alloy,automatic vaporization of vaporization,automatic slagging of converter and the electric field control of dry dust removal. Full-automatic intelligent charging achieves the precise control of charging and feeding; automatic control of three impulse drum level by Fuzzy PID achieves automatic water supply; a electric field control and transformer upgrading of the electrostatic precipitator of the primary dust removal system achieves controllable electric field flashover,stable current and voltage output,and power saving and environmental protection; transformation of skate slags of the infrared camera imaging technology realizes automatic control slagging amout and improves the purity of molten steel. After the above system is put into operation,it not only improves the quality of the products,but also reduces the production cost while improving the intellectualization of steelmaking.
