摘要
国丰1450热轧生产线针对轧制力和给轧温度等参数控制精度的要求,利用神经网络技术对轧制力、温度、宽展等参数进行精确的预测。采用神经网络技术对这些物理模型进行修正,使计算的精度大幅度提高,带钢的几何尺寸精度提高,重要力学性能有较大改善,达到了比较理想的效果。
According to the control precision requirements of rolling force and rolling temperature,the 1450 hot rolling production line of Guofeng is accurately predicted by the neural network technology for rolling force,temperature and wide spread. Using neural network technology to correct these physical models,the accuracy of the calculation is greatly improved,the geometric precision of the strip is improved,the important mechanical properties are greatly improved,and the ideal effect has been achieved.
