摘要
针对HS1表面粗晶问题,在分析焊丝钢化学成分、组织形态、工艺过程的基础上,认为卷取温度高、带钢强度低,在夹送辊压力作用下,弯曲变形过程积累晶粒长大能量,导致部分晶粒异常长大,发生剥落而形成裂口。通过调整焊丝钢中的碳、硅、锰成分、降低热轧温度和卷取温度等工艺参数,有效控制了HIS钢冷轧卷的表面粗晶问题,也减少了焊丝钢的断丝现象。
Aimming at the the surface coarse grain of HS1,based on the analysis of the chemical composition,microstructure and process of wire steel,it is considered that the high coiling temperature,and low strength of the strip,under the pressure of the pinch roll,the grain growth energy is accumulated in the process of the bending deformation,which leads to the abnormal growth of some grain and the formation of the crack. By adjusting the carbon,silicon and manganese components in the wire steel,reducing the hot rolling temperature and coiling temperature,the surface coarse grain of the cold rolled coil of HIS steel is effectively controlled,and wire breaking of the wire steel is reduced.
