摘要
针对除尘设备老化和单相可控硅电源响应时间长的问题,在宣钢公司150 t转炉一次干法除尘采用三相智能IGBT变频高压电源,系统输出电压改变速度由10 ms降至0.5 ms,功率单元能够更及时精准的执行控制命令,除尘效率大幅提高。
Aimming at the aging of dust removal equipment and the long response time of single-phase silicon controlled power supply,the first dry dust removal of 150 t converter in Xuansteel adopts three phase intelligent IGBT variable frequency high voltage power supply,the output voltage change speed of the system is reduced from 10 ms to 0. 5 ms,and the power unit can execute the control command more promptly and accurately,and the efficiency of dust removal is greatly raised.
