多生牙导致颌骨囊性变的临床分析

Clinical analysis of the cystic change of jaw bone caused by multiple teeth

目的分析临床治疗中多生牙导致的颌骨囊性,以供参考所用。方法对我院60例多生牙导致的颌骨囊性变患者进行研究,分析患者多生牙导致的囊肿形状和大小及不良症状发生率等。结果手术之前总发生率为40.0%,手术结束后总发生率为11.67%。直径<3cm为31例,囊肿形状全是椭圆形,直径>3cm人数为29例,其中分叶状为19例,椭圆形为10例。结论采用人工骨植入术对患者进行治疗可取得较好效果,有助于伤口愈合,减少不良反应的发生。

Objective To analyze the cystic characteristics of jaw bone caused by multiple teeth in clinical treatment for reference.Methods 35 patients with cystic degeneration of jaws caused by multiple teeth were studied. The age, treatment and treatment results were analyzed. Results The total incidence before operation was 68.57%, and the total incidence after operation was 20%. There were 17 cases under 3 cm in diameter. The shape of the cyst was all ellipse, and the number of diameter larger than 3 cm was 18 cases, of which 12 cases were lobulated and 6 cases were oval. Conclusion The treatment of patients with artificial bone implantation can achieve good results and is helpful for wound healing.
