摘要
目的将综合护理干预实施于小儿龋齿的预防过程中,观察护理效果。方法本文参加研究的资料是2015年7月~2017年10月在本院接受龋齿预防干预的60例儿童,分组方法参考随机数字表法,将其平均分成2组,一组收入30例,常规护理干预实施在参照组,综合护理干预实施在实验组,计算2组儿童的龋齿总计率和儿童家长的护理干预满意总计率。结果参照组儿童龋齿总计率、儿童家长护理干预满意总计率相比于实验组数值,P<0.05,显现数值检测的统计学意义。结论在小儿龋齿的预防过程中实施综合护理干预展示较优效果,能够明确减少龋齿的发生。
Objective To observe the nursing effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the prevention of children dental caries. Methods In this paper, in the study of data is in July 2015 to October 2017 in our hospital for dental caries prevention and intervention of 60 cases of children, grouping methods refer to random number table method, the average is divided into two groups, a group of 30 cases of income routine nursing interventions in the control group, the comprehensive nursing interventions in the experimental group, total calculation of two groups of children dental caries rate and nursing satisfaction rate of total children＇s parents. Results Compared with the experimental group values, P〈0.05, the statistical significance of the numerical detection was presented in the reference group. Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the prevention of dental caries can reduce the occurrence of cavities.
