摘要
目的观察分析对重症哮喘患者开展急诊抢救并联合小剂量肾上腺素治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2015年11月~2017年11月我院收治的86例重症哮喘患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组,每组43例,对照组实施常规急诊抢救并应用甲强龙、氨茶碱等常规药物进行治疗,观察组在对照组治疗措施为基础,加用小剂量肾上腺素,观察比较两组心率、呼吸频率、血氧饱和度等指标变化情况及治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组患者的呼吸频率、心率低于对照组,且血氧饱和度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生情况的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对重症哮喘患者开展急诊抢救并联合小剂量肾上腺素治疗的疗效确切,安全性好,有临床推广应用价值。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of emergency rescue combined with low-dose Epinephrine in treatment of patients with severe asthma.Methods Eighty-six patients with severe asthma admitted to our hospital from November 2015 to November 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine emergency rescue and conventional drugs such as Methylprednisolone and Aminophylline.The observation group was based on the treatment measures of the control group and added with low-dose of Epinephrine,and the changes of heart rate,respiratory rate,blood oxygen saturation and other indicators and therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After treatment,the respiratory frequency and heart rate of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the blood oxygen saturation was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P〉0.05).Conclusion Combination of application of emergency rescue and low-dose Epinephrine is effective and safe in treatment of severe asthma patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
