Bakri子宫填塞球囊导管在剖宫产术产后出血患者中的应用效果

Application effect of Bakri uterine tamponade with balloon catheter in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section

目的 Bakri子宫填塞球囊导管在预防产后出血中的应用。方法选取我院2015年1月~2018年1月收治的152例剖宫产产后出血患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各76例。对照组给予常规按摩子宫、促宫缩治疗及局部缝扎止血,研究组在对照组的基础上增加Bakri子宫填塞球囊导管干预,观察两组产后24 h出血量、术前、术后血红蛋白的变化、住院时间、住院费用、恶露持续时间、子宫切除率。结果研究组产后24 h出血量、血红蛋白少于对照组,住院时间、恶露持续时间短于对照组住院费用明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的子宫切除率(0.0%)低于对照组(0.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Bakri子宫填塞球囊导管可用于预防产后出血,方法简单、止血迅速,可以应用于临床。

Objective To explore the application of Bakri uterine tamponade with balloon catheter in prevention of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods All of 152 patients suffered from postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section admitted into our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were randomly divided into control group and study group,76 cases in each group.In the control group,conventional basic uterine contraction therapy and local suturing for bleeding were used,while in the study group,Bakri uterine tamponade with balloon catheter intervention on the basis of the control group was added.The post-natal 24-hour bleeding,preoperative and postoperative hemoglobin changes,hospital stay,hospital costs,lochia duration,and hysterectomy rate in both groups were observed.Results In the study group,the post-natal24-hour blood loss,hemoglobin change was lesser than that in the control group,hospital stay,and duration of lochia were shcrter than that in the control group,hospitalization cost was significantly lower than those in the control group with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The hysterectomy rate was 0.0% in the study group,lesser than that in the control group accounting for 0.3% with a significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The Bakri uterine tamponade with balloon catheter can be used to prevent postpartum hemorrhage.The method is simple and obtain a rapid hemostasis,which can be used in clinic.
