硝苯地平缓释片联合依那普利片治疗老年高血压合并冠心病患者的效果

Effect of Nifedipine Sustained Release Tablets combined with Enalapril Tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease

目的探讨联合用药对老年高血压合并冠心病患者的治疗效果。方法选取2015年7月~2017年5月就诊于本院的76例老年高血压合并冠心病患者作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法将所选患者分为实验组和对照组,每组各38例。对照组患者单纯采用硝苯地平缓释片治疗,实验组则采用硝苯地平缓释片联合依那普利片治疗。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率,治疗前后的收缩压、舒张压水平以及治疗期间的不良反应发生率。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的收缩压、舒张压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的收缩、舒张压均明显低于治疗前,且实验组患者的收缩、舒张压明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论联合用药治疗老年高血压合并冠心病的效果显著,可快速稳定患者的收缩、舒张压,改善临床症状,药物不良反应少,具有推广价值。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of combination therapy on elderly patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease.Methods Totally 76 elderly patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease who were treated in our hospital from July 2015 to May 2017 were selected as subjects of this study.The selected patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method,38 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with Nifedipine Sustained Release Tablets only.Nifedipine Sustained Release Tablets combined with Enalapril Tablets were used in the experimental group.The total effective rate,systolic and diastolic blood pressure before and after treatment and incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups（P〉0.05）.After treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower than before treatment,and the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The combined treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease in elderly patients with significant effect,which can quickly stabilize patients with systolic and diastolic blood pressure,improve clinical symptoms,fewer adverse drug reactions,with the promotion of value.
