摘要
在变电运维中,断开继电保护装置二次空开是较常见的安全措施之一。随意变动二次空开状态,不仅常常引发不必要的保护误动而且威胁检修人员人身安全。本文针对变电站继电保护装置二次空开安全措施容易出现误动风险的问题,通过利用二次空开具有锁孔的特点,将锁销、导向端以及锁芯、弹簧等组成防误闭锁装置,给出了二次空开防误闭锁装置的系统结构,分析了初始状态、按压状态、回弹状态下防误闭锁装置的工作原理,并经过大量实际验证,结果表明该二次空开防误闭锁可以很好地解决二次空开安全措施容易误动的问题,为防止二次空开安全措施误动提供了一种较可行的解决方案。
In the substation operation and maintenance, disconnecting the relay protection device for the two time was one of the more common safety measures. At random, two idle states will not only cause unnecessary protection misoperation, but also threaten the personal safety of the maintenance personnel. In view of the problem that the two open safety measures of the relay protection device of the substation were prone to misoperation risk, by using the characteristics of the two opening with the keyhole, the lock pin, the guide end, the lock core and the spring were made up of the anti erroneous locking device, and the system structure of the two open anti misoperation locking was given, and the initial state is analyzed. The working principle of the anti mistaken locking device under the press state and the rebound state, and through a lot of actual verification, the results showed that the two open anti error locking could solved the problem of easy to misoperation of the two open safety measures very well, and provide a more feasible solution for preventing the misoperation of the two open safety measures.
