College Students' Entrance Education Problems and Reform Path

入学教育是大学生入学后的"第一课",入学教育改革是实现思想政治工作全程育人和全方位育人的必然要求,是满足学生对入学教育改革创新的迫切需要,对大学生提高思想水平和政治觉悟,帮助大学生适应学习和生活,提升专业认知和明确学业目标具有重要意义。本文对入学教育的工作实施方式、教育内容构成、教育教学形式的现状等进行分析,指出当前入学教育存在的主要问题,提出加强师资队伍建设、改进课程结构和选课模式、改进教育教学形式、重视教育质量监控与问题改进等改革路径。

Entrance education was the first class for the college students. The reform of entrance education was a necessity to realize thorough, and all-round ideological education and cultivation of students. It was imperative to satisfy students＇ need of entrance education reform and innovation. It was important to raise students＇ ideological level and political awareness, help students＇ adaptation of life and study, improve professional cognition and set academic object. This paper makes an analysis of the entrance education related to implementation way, composition of education content, current situation of education and teaching form. The paper points the main problems of the current entrance education, proposes to strengthen the construction of teachers, improve curriculum structure, curricula-variable mode and education and teaching form, attach importance to reform paths as education quality control and improvement.
