摘要
从萝藦科(Asclepiadaceae)鹅绒藤属植物竹灵消(Cynanchum inamoenum(Maxim.)Loes.)的根中分离纯化并鉴定了4个C21甾体皂苷类化合物,其结构分别为Glaucoside A(1)、Amplexicoside D(2)、Amplexicoside B(3)、Glaucoside-D(4).这四个化合物均首次从竹灵消中分离得到.
Four compounds were separated and purified from the roots of Cynanchum inamoenum(Maxim.) Loes.By combination of chemical methods and spectral analyses,structures of the compounds were identified as Glaucoside A(1),Amplexicoside D(2),Amplexicoside B(3) and Glaucoside-D(4).All compounds were C21 Steroidal saponins and isolated from this plant for the first time.
