The establishment of a clinical interdisciplinary team is an effective way to achieve results in clinical research in today＇s era,but its theoretical and practical research is still under constant exploration.To summarize the main characteristics of interdisciplinary and clinical interdisciplinary teams,and to improve its mechanism of construction and management is the only way to achieve results in the ＂era of great science＂.This article briefly discusses interdisciplinary concepts and its links with Holistic Integrated Medicine.It points out the problems in clinical interdisciplinary team building and management,and put forward corresponding opinions on team awareness,resource integration and system management.It aims to provide reference for the development of clinical interdisciplinary team model and management development.
