摘要
目的探究妇产科研究生教学中实施腹腔镜模拟教学的临床应用。方法随机选取2016年1—12月我院妇产科中培训研究生30名作为对照组,另选取2017年1—12月我院妇产科中培训研究生30名作为观察组,对照组予以常规教学模式,观察组在对照组基础上实施腹腔镜模拟培训,并对两组出科成绩、教学满意度进行比较。结果观察组理论知识、技术操作均优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组教学总满意度为96.7%,对照组为80.0%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对妇产科研究生教学中实施腹腔镜模拟培训,能够有效提高理论知识、操作技能,提高教学满意度。
Objective To explore the clinical application of laparoscopic simulation teaching in the teaching of gynecology and obstetrics. Methods30 training postgraduates from January to December 2016 in our obstetrics and gynecology department were randomly selected as control group. Another 30 training postgraduates from January to December 2017 in our obstetrics and gynecology department were selected as observation group. The control group was given conventional teaching mode, while the observation group was given laparoscopic training on the basis of the control group. The two groups were compared with their scores and satisfaction. Results The theoretical knowledge and technical operation in the observation group were better than those in the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant(P〈 0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.7%, while that of the control group was 80.0%. The difference between the two groups was significant(P〈 0.05). Conclusion The application of the simulation training in the teaching of gynecology and obstetrics can effectively improve the theoretical knowledge, operation skills and improve the satisfaction of teaching.
