创新性科研课题促进医学专业本科生科研素质提升

Innovative Research Projects to Promote the Scientific Research Quality of Medical Undergraduates

推动大学生创新性人才培养是高等学校本科教学质量与教学改革工程的重要内容,是大学生创新意识和创新能力的培养的关键。文章结合自己指导医学专业本科生创新性科研课题的实践体会,对医学临床本科生主持大学生创新课题对学生科研素质的提升情况进行了分析。结果表明:大学生参与创新科研课题研究对大学生综合素质发挥了明显的提升作用。学生的专业素质、科研能力、团队合作能力、实践能力、表达沟通能力、分析问题和解决问题的能力都得到了提高。

Promoting the cultivation of innovative talents of college students is an important part of the quality of undergraduate teaching and teaching reform in Colleges. It is also important to promote college students＇ awareness of innovation and creativity. Based on the experience of guiding the innovative scientific research subjects of medical undergraduates, this paper analyzes the promotion of students＇ scientific research quality. The results showed that college students＇ participation in innovative research projects played a significant role in enhancing the comprehensive quality of college students. Students＇ professional quality, scientific research ability, team cooperation ability, practical ability, communication ability, analysis and problem solving ability have been improved.
