基层医院口腔科医院感染防控工作存在的问题与对策分析

Problems and Countermeasures in the Prevention and Control of Nosocomial Infection in the Department of Stomatology at the Basic Level Hospital

目的针对基层医院内部的口腔科,全面探析了防控医院感染的现存问题,在此前提下给出与之相适应的改进对策。方法选择我院2015年3月—2016年3月收治的100例口腔科患者作为此次调研对象,全面探析了引发口腔科医院感染的深层根源,并且给出相应的防控举措。结果在全面防控口腔科感染的前提下,所有患者未出现院内感染,患者满意度较高。结论针对口腔科应当着手施行全方位的医院感染防控,有助于消除潜在性的院内感染源头,全面保障了口腔科患者的健康。

Objective Aiming at the existing Department of stomatology in the grass-roots hospital, the existing problems of prevention and control of nosocomial infection were comprehensively analyzed, and the corresponding improvement measures were given under this premise. Methods 100 patients in department of stomatology admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the research objects. The deep roots of hospital infection were analyzed comprehensively, and the corresponding prevention and control measures were given. ResultsUnder the premise of comprehensive prevention and control of infection in department of stomatology, the whole department of stomatology showed no infection, and the patient＇s satisfaction was high. ConclusionIn the department of stomatology, we should carry out a comprehensive prevention and control of nosocomial infection. This measure helps to eliminate potential source of nosocomial infection and ensure the health of the patients.
