供给侧改革背景下的医学生医患沟通能力探索

Study on the Communication Ability of Medical Students in the Background of Supply Side Reform

供给侧结构性改革(Supply-side Structural Reform)宗旨是调整经济结构,提升经济增长数量和质量。现阶段我国医疗卫生产业一直处于高速发展态势,其上升空间逐步缩小。回到医疗卫生根本状态,我国医院普遍存在服务态度缺陷,很多医生、护士乃至医学生缺乏医患沟通能力,想要从根本上解决问题,还需要从医学生培养入手,探索新的培养模式。目前我国已经进入供给侧改革的大环境,在不断追求进步的同时,要回望自身,从医患沟通交流方向入手,增强医学生的医患交流能力,避免其在工作中引发医患矛盾,对医院形象造成极大影响。本文主要在供给侧改革的大环境下,进行医学生医患沟通能力评价,并摸索新型培养模式。

The purpose of the Supply-side Structural Reform is to adjust the economic structure and improve the quantity and quality of economic growth. At the present stage, the medical and health industry in China has been in a rapid development trend, and its rising space has gradually narrowed. Back to health at all state hospitals in China, widespread service defects, many doctors and nurses and medical students lack of communication skills, to fundamentally solve the problem, also need medical students to start, explore the new training mode. The environment of our country has already entered the supply side reform at present, in the constant pursuit of progress at the same time, we should look back itself,starting from the direction of doctor-patient communication, enhance medical students＇ doctor-patient communication ability, avoid the doctor-patient conflicts at work, which greatly influence the image of the hospital. This paper is to evaluate the communication ability of medical students and explore a new mode of training in the environment of the supply side reform.
