探讨根治性前列腺癌病理分期及pT2病理亚分期的意义

The Significance of Pathological Staging and pT2 Pathological Subgrade Staging of Radical Prostatic Carcinoma

目的对根治性前列腺癌患者的病例分期和p T2病理亚分期进行探讨分析,给临床治疗提供参考。方法 2013年1月—2015年1月我院对前列腺癌患者50例开展了分析研究,依照2002/2010年TNM分期系统分期,并对患者电话随访。结果经过分期,有25例p T2患者,15例p T3a期患者,10例p T3b期患者;p T2期患者有3例属于p T2a期,22例属于p T2c期。结论对根治性前列腺癌患者进行病理分期和p T2病理亚分期能够对患者的前列腺状态给予反映,临床中诊断和治疗的价值比较高,p T2病理亚分期还有待进一步完善。

Objective To investigate and analyze the pathological staging and p T2 pathological subgrade staging of radical prostatic cancer patients, and to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods From January 2013 to January 2015, 50 cases of prostate cancer in our hospital were analyzed.According to 2002/2010 TNM staging system, the patients were followed up by telephone. Results After staging, there were 25 patients with pT2, 15 pT3 a, 10 pT3 b, 3 in pT2 a and 22 in pT2 c. Conclusion Pathological staging and pT2 pathological substage can reflect the prostate status of patients with radical prostatectomy. The value of clinical diagnosis and treatment is high.pT2 pathological substage needs further improvement.
