摘要 目的研究外周神经阻滞麻醉方法用于临床外科下肢手术患者麻醉中的效果。方法选出2017年1—12月这一时间段本院接受并治疗的下肢手术患者94例,并依据不同麻醉方式分成两个组别,观察组47例患者施以外周神经阻滞麻醉,对照组47例患者施以腰-硬联合麻醉,比较两组患者的麻醉效果。结果观察组麻醉后Ⅰ级、Ⅲ级比重均优于对照组,观察组并发症发生率为4.26%,对照组为19.15%。结论外周神经阻滞麻醉方法用于临床外科下肢手术患者麻醉中能够缓解患者术中疼痛,减少并发症发生率,提升手术安全性。 Objective To study the effect of peripheral nerve block anesthesia in patients with lower extremity surgery. Methods 94 cases of lower limb surgery accepted and treated in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected. They were divided into two groups according to different anesthetic methods. Peripheral nerve block anesthesia was applied to 47 patients in the observation group, and 47 patients in the control group were given combined spinal epidural anesthesia. The anesthetic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The proportion of grade I and III in the observation group after anesthesia was better than that in the control group. The complication rate in the observation group was 4.26%, while that in the control group was 19.15%. ConclusionPeripheral nerve block anesthesia method for clinical surgery in patients with lower extremity surgery anesthesia can relieve patients intraoperative pain, reduce the incidence of concurrent, improve operation safety.
