Objective To study and analyze the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic radical resection of cervical cancer with retained fertility in the treatment of early cervical cancer. Methods From November 2012 to November 2013, 60 cases of early cervical cancer in our hospital were analyzed. All the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated with conventional laparotomy, while the observation group was treated with laparoscopic radical prostatectomy. The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The average time of operation in the control group was(197 ± 11) min, the average anus exhaust time(2.0 ± 0.3) d, the average hospitalization time was(23.3 ± 4.2) d, and the average recovery time of independent urination was(12.4 ± 0.6) d. The observation group was(165 ± 12) min,(1.5 ± 0.5) d,(17.6 ± 3.4) d,(10.5 ± 1.5) d, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P〈 0.05). There was no recurrence in the observation group, and 5 cases were pregnant 1 years later. Conclusion The early stage of cervical cancer patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery can retain the fertility function of the patients, shorten the operation time, promote the recovery of patients and reduce the hospitalization time. The clinical effect is outstanding.
