噻托溴胺吸入对老年COPD患者肺功能的改善作用

Improvement of Pulmonary Function in Elderly Patients With COPD by Inhalation of Tiotropium Amine

目的探讨噻托溴胺吸入对老年COPD患者肺功能的改善作用。方法收集我院老年COPD患者,患者男49例,女51例,年龄40~69岁,平均年龄(62.38±4.82)岁。患者纳入研究后给予吸氧、抗炎、止咳、平喘、解痉等常规治疗。同时加用噻托溴胺粉雾剂吸入18μg/d,研究周期1年。分析患者治疗前后肺功能情况;患者服用噻托溴胺期间药物不良反应。结果患者治疗前后肺功能情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者服用噻托溴胺期间出现3例口干、2例窦性心过速、1例口腔溃疡、1例咽炎。结论长期使用噻托溴胺,可以改善老年COPD患者肺功能,口干是噻托溴胺常见的副作用。

Objective To explore the effect of tiotropium inhalation on improving lung function in elderly patients with COPD. Methods The elderly COPD patients in our hospital were collected. There were 49 males and 51 females, aged 40 to 69 years, with an average age of（62.38±4.82） years. After receiving the study, patients were given conventional treatment, such as oxygen inhalation, anti inflammation, cough relieving, antiasthmatic, spasmodic therapy, etc. At the same time, 18μg/d of inhalation was added to tiotropium and 1 years. The lung function of patients before and after treatment was analyzed, and the adverse reactions during tiotropium were taken. Results The pulmonary function of the patients before and after treatment was different（P〈 0.05）; 3 cases of dry mouth, 2 cases of sinus tachycardia, 1 cases of oral ulcer and 1 pharyngitis were found during the patients taking thiotropamine. Conclusion Long term use of tiotropium amine can improve lung function in elderly patients with COPD. Dry mouth is a common side effect of tiotropium.
