卡马西平、托吡酯与丙戊酸钠治疗脑炎继发癫痫的效果

Efficacy of Carbamazepine, Topiramate and Valproate in the Treatment of Secondary Epilepsy Caused by Encephalitis

目的探讨卡马西平、托吡酯与丙戊酸钠治疗脑炎继发癫痫的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的63例脑炎继发癫痫患者作为研究对象,随机分为三组,A组采用卡马西平治疗,B组采用托吡酯治疗,C组采用丙戊酸钠治疗,观察三组患者的治疗效果。结果三组治疗效果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),B组不良反应发生率明显低于A组与C组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三组治疗疗效确切,但托吡酯不良反应更少,可以作为临床首选药物。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of carbamazepine, topiramate and valproate in the treatment of secondary epilepsy caused by encephalitis. Methods 63 cases of epileptic patients secondary to encephalitis treated in our hospital were randomly divided into three groups. Group A was treated with carbamazepine, group B was treated with topiramate, and group C was treated with valproate, and the treatment effect of three groups was observed. Results There was no significant difference between the three groups（P〈 0.05）, and the incidence of adverse reactions in group B was significantly lower than that in group A and group C（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The three groups have definite curative effect, but topiramate has fewer side effects, so it can be used as the first choice drug in clinical practice.
