中医针灸治疗颈源性肩周炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Neck-derived Periarthritis of Shoulder

目的研究分析颈源性肩周炎患者接受中医针灸治疗的临床效果,为临床治疗提供参考。方法我院对颈源性肩周炎患者74例开展了分析研究,将患者分成西医组和针灸组,均有37例。针灸组使用中医针灸治疗,西医组使用西医治疗,比较分析两组的临床治疗效果和评分。结果针灸组有22例显效,14例好转,1例无效,总有效率是97.30%,西医组有12例显效,20例好转,5例无效,总有效率是86.49%,针灸组的总有效率比西医组高,结果差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.72,P<0.05)。针灸组的VSP评分降低幅度更大(P<0.05)。结论颈源性肩周炎患者接受中医针灸治疗的效果比较好,患者的疼痛能够快速的缓解,临床中治疗有效率高。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of patients with neck-derived periarthritis of shoulder, and to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods 74 patients with neck-derived periarthritis of shoulder were analyzed, and 37 patients were divided into western medicine group and acupuncture group. The acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion, and Western medicine group was treated with western medicine. The clinical treatment effect and score of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results In acupuncture group, 22 cases were cured, 14 cases improved, 1 cases ineffective, the total efficiency was97.30%. In the western medicine group, 12 cases were cured, 20 cases improved, 5 cases ineffective, the efficiency was 86.49%, the efficiency of acupuncture group than western medicine group, the difference was statistically significant（χ~2=6.72, P〈 0.05）. The VSP score of the acupuncture and moxibustion group decreased significantly（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of neck-derived periarthritis of shoulder is effective, and the pain of patients can be alleviated quickly. The effective rate of clinical treatment is high.
