脑梗死患者的个性化护理干预及对康复功能影响分析

Personalized Nursing Intervention in Patients With Cerebral Infarction and Its Effect on Rehabilitation Function

目的分析脑梗死患者的个性化护理干预及对康复功能的影响。方法选取我院2016年1月—2017年12月收治的脑梗死患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。其中对照组行常规护理,观察组行个性化护理干预。比较两组功能康复情况及满意度情况。结果两组治疗前语言功能、肢体功能评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而治疗后观察组语言功能、肢体功能等康复情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组满意度(96%)高于对照组(80%)(P<0.05)。结论针对脑梗死患者实施个性化护理干预的效果非常显著,即可促进其语言功能和肢体功能等有效康复。

Objective To analyze the personalized nursing intervention and the effect on rehabilitation function of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 100 patients with cerebral infarction admitted from January 2016 and December 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care, and the observation group was given personalized nursing interventions. The functional recovery and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the scores of language function and limb function between the two groups before treatment（P〈 0.05）. After treatment, the recovery of language function and limb function in the observation group was better than that in the control group（P〈 0.05）.The satisfaction rate of the observation group（96%） was higher than that of the control group（80%）（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of individualized nursing intervention for patients with cerebral infarction is very significant. It can promote the effective recovery of language function and limb function.
