个性化护理对男性精神分裂症患者的影响

The effect of Personalized Nursing on Male Schizophrenia

目的了解个性化护理对男性精神分裂症患者遵医行为和社会功能的影响。方法抽选2015年5月—2016年6月本院收治的40例男性精神分裂症,以随机法分组:予以个性化护理的20例作为实验组,予以常规护理的20例作为对照组,对比两组护理效果。结果展开不同护理后,实验组遵医行为明显优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组SSPI评分比对照组高,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对男性精神分裂症配合个性化护理,可在提升患者遵医行为的基础上,改善其社会功能,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To understand the impact of personalized nursing on compliance and social function in male patients with schizophrenia. MethodsForty male schizophrenics admitted in our hospital from May 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into two groups： 20 cases with personalized nursing care as experimental group and 20 cases with routine nursing care as control group, the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results After different nursing, the compliance behavior of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈 0.05）. The score of SSPI in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion In combination with personalized nursing for schizophrenia, male patients can improve their social functions and their specific clinical value by improving their compliance with medical practices.
