细节护理在手术室管理及医院感染控制中的应用

Application of Detail Nursing in Management of Operating Room and Control of Nosocomial Infection

目的研究在手术室管理及医院感染控制实施细节护理的效果。方法我院从2017年1月开始在手术室管理及医院感染控制中开展细节护理,以实施后一年时间为观察段,将2017年1—12月实施细节护理后的一年视作观察组,实施细节管理前的一年时间2016年1—12月视作对照组,比较两组效果。结果观察组感染发生率为1.5%,对照组为10.5%;观察组护理质量优良率为97%,对照组为85%,P<0.05。结论在手术室管理中开展细节护理可以有效控制医院感染,保障手术安全。

Objective To study the effect of detail nursing in operating room management and nosocomial infection control. Methods From January 2017, the detailed nursing was carried out in the management of operating room and the control of nosocomial infection in our hospital. One year after the implementation of the detailed nursing was regarded as the observation group, and the year after the implementation of the detailed nursing from January to December 2017 was regarded as the observation group. One year before the implementation of detail management, January to December 2016 as the control group, the results of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of infection was 1.5% in the observation group and 10.5% in the control group, the excellent and good rate of nursing quality in the observation group was 97%, and that in the control group was 85%, P〈 0.05. Conclusion Detailed nursing in operating room management can effectively control nosocomial infection, ensure operation safety, and be popularized in clinic.
