某热激励设备优化分析

摘要 运用MSC.Patran和MSC.Nastran有限元分析软件,建立了热激励设备三维单元模型,通过面-面辐射计算得出照相区域温度分布。对热激励设备进行结构优化,在照相区域不变的前提下,将热激励设备底端周向放大,结构由圆筒形式改为圆台形式,圆台内壁面对照相区域增加热反射效应,使得该区域温度趋于均匀。此研究方法在结构热强度试验装备设计中具有较大的应用潜力。 In this paper,MSC Patran and Nastran are used to build FEM model of thermal excitation equipment,and face-to-face radiation module is used to evaluate the temperature distribution. Under the condition of unchanged photographic area, the thermal excitation equipment is optimized by enlarging its radius of the bottom and changing the structure of barrel shape into truncated cone shape. The temperature tends to be uniform because the inner surface of truncated cone increases heat reflection in the photographic area. The method proposed in the paper can be applied for the design of thermal strength test equipment.
