医院智能化系统是医院改扩建和医院数字化中的重要工程。该文分析了医院智能化系统工程中常见的问题和成因,并提出了相应对策。该文认为常见的问题有项目联系单多、系统功能调整较大、项目超预算、预算远超概算等。其主要的成因有:招标前医院方对智能化工程的功能需求不详细、不明确,用于招标的土建总包设计的智能化系统的图纸粗糙,招投标时招标文件技术要求不明,施工过程中医院方没有可以咨询的专业智能化设计单位,施工周期长等。其主要的对策有需求关、设计关、监理关、招标关、施工关的把握和策略。

The intelligent system of the hospital is the important engineering content in hospital in terms of reorganization and expansion and digitization. This paper analyzes the common problems and causes in intelligent hospital system project and proposes the countermeasures. The paper argues that the common problems include numerous project contact lists, big adjustment of system function, over-budget project, and more budget than estimate and so on. The main causes include unspecific and undefined of functional requirement for intelligent project from the hospital before bidding, rough drawing of intelligent system for the design of the civil engineering package used for bidding, undefined technological requirements for bidding document when bidding, no professional intelligent design unit for the hospital to consult to in the process of construction, as well as long period of construction and so on. The main countermeasures cover checking the requirement, design, supervision, bidding and construction and related strategies.
