中美急诊科设计策划过程对比与解释分析

COMPARISON AND EXPLANATION ON DESIGN AND PLANING PROCESS OF EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT BETWEEN CHINA AND AMERICA

急诊科是医院最为特殊和重要的科室,它的设计直接关乎病人的生命安危,因此无论是中国建筑师还是美国建筑师,在规划急诊科室时,都会将缩短病人流线就诊时间作为第一要素。但是作为患者,当面对突来疾病时,往往会感到恐慌,渴望马上得到救治。这就导致危急患者与非危急恐慌患者在抢救室等紧急房间和一些常规诊室在流线上相互交叉,致使急诊科几乎成为医院最为匆忙与混乱的科室,影响了危急患者的抢救时间。本文分析、对比了中美急诊科室策划及工艺流程的区别,为中国急诊科室平面规划和设计提供一些新的思路。

Emergency Department is the most special and important department in hospital, so the design of it is directly related to the patient＇s life and safety. Therefore, both Chinese architects and American architects, when planning Emergency Department, should take shortening the streamline visiting time as the first element. However, when faced with sudden illness, the patient usually feels panic and desires immediate treatment, which causes the streamline intersection of critical patients and non-critical patients with panic in emergency departments and routine consulting rooms with the result of the emergency department being the busiest and most disordered department in hospital influencing the rescue time for critical patients. The distinctions of emergency department planning and process flow between China and America will be analyzed and compared in this paper in order to provide some new ideas for Chinese emergency departments planning and design.
