打造特区高水平绿色医院从设计总承包开始——深圳大学总医院案例分析

STARTING FROM DESIGN GENERAL CONTRACTING TO CREATE HIGH-LEVEL GREEN HOSPITALS IN SPECIAL REGIONS: A CASE OF SHENZHEN UNIVERSITY GENERAL HOSPITAL

本文通过对深圳大学总医院案例的九个设计亮点进行深入分析,旨在说明在设计总承包工作机制下打造特区高水平绿色医院的设计理念和方法,分析其达到引领未来特区绿色医院设计的指导性模板标准的原因。从项目竣工、验收、投入使用之后的效果来看,深圳大学总医院已成为深圳市建筑工务署政府投资公立医院的样板工程,在特区备受关注。

Through the in-depth analysis of Shenzhen University General Hospital with nine design highlights, this paper aims to elaborate in a comprehensive way the design concepts and methods to create high-level green hospitals in the special regions, by explaining its mechanism of design general construction, leading the model standards with nature of guideline for the design of green hospitals in the special regions in the future. Judging from the results of project completion, check before acceptance and operation, Shenzhen University General Hospital has become a model project of government＇s investment of Bureau of Public Works of Shenzhen Municipal, which has attracted much attention in the special regions.
