In their more than 12 years of practice, Baum Lab has developed a wide range of projects. Their professional practice goes from furniture design to city planning, including public facilities, housing or landscape design. It is in that inter-scale approach to architecture, where their work achieves its deepest nature. Baum aims at trespassing the established boundaries of discipline, but from a what we could call a traditional point of view on what the skills of an architect should be. After more that two years regu-larly interviewing some of the best Spanish practices for this magazine, they now play the other role and talk about architecture and their own work with the renowned critic and curator Li Xiangning.
