摘要
智慧城市建设已是当前社会、经济、信息技术发展背景下的必然趋势。与此同时,依托于信息网络技术产生的虚拟城市空间以另一种空间形式迅速拓展开来,并且它在时间、空间、传递效益等方面都具有实体城市空间所不具备的优势。然而现阶段智慧城市的建设基本聚焦在对实体城市空间的智慧化建设上,只把虚拟城市空间当作一种技术助力。为此,本文转换了视角,通过对虚拟城市空间系统本身进行智慧化建设,来促进城市更高效、快捷地实现智慧化目标。文章首先分析了虚拟城市空间的内涵、特征等,然后分析了对虚拟城市空间进行智慧化建设的优势所在,进而就虚拟城市空间如何实现智慧化进行了论述,在此基础上提出了虚拟智慧城市的含义:一种基于智慧化虚拟城市空间的城市新模式,它通过对虚拟城市空间进行信息整合、智能集成和智慧分析,将其打造成一个有机的智慧化体系,以促进城市活动智慧发展继而实现城市全方位智慧化目标,最后文章给出了三个虚拟智慧城市场景。
The construction of smart cities has been an inevitable trend under the development of current social, economic and information technology. At the same time, the virtual city space, which is created by the information network technology, expands quickly in another space form with many advantages in time, space, and transmission efficiency which the physical city space does not have. However, at present, the construction of smart cities basically focuses on the intelligent construction of physical city space, and the virtual city space is used as a technological boost. For this reason, this paper has changed its perspective and has taken the virtual city space as the main perspective, that is, through the intelligent construction of virtual city space system itself, to promote the city to achieve the goal to be intelligent more efficiently and quickly. The paper first analyzes the concepts and characteristics of virtual city space, then the advantages of virtual city space for intelligent construction. Further, the paperdiscusses the means to realize intelligence in virtual city space. Based on this, the concepts of virtual smart cities were proposed: a new urban model based on intelligent virtual city space, which usesthe information integration, auto-process integration and intelligence analysis toturn the virtual city space into an organic and intelligent system, promoting the intelligent progress of activities in cities, and then realizing the full-scale goal of being intelligentof the cities. Finally, three possible virtual smart city scenarios are proposed as examples.
