传统教学与多媒体教学在医学教育课程中的应用效果比较 被引量:14

摘要 目的观察与比较传统教学与多媒体教学在医学教育课程中的应用效果。方法选取2015年9月—2016年7月的180名医学生作为研究对象,将其随机分为A组(传统教学组)90名和B组(多媒体教学组)90名。比较两组教学前后的MBI-SS量表、成绩考核结果及学生满意度。结果教学后1个学期及2个学期B组的MBI-SS量表评分均好于A组,成绩考核总优良率高于A组,学生满意度均高于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多媒体教学在医学教育课程中的应用效果好于传统教学,更受学生欢迎。 Objective To observe and compare the application effect of traditional teaching and multimedia teaching in medical education course. Methods 180 medicos from September 2015 to July 2016 were randomly divided into group A(traditional teaching group) 90 cases and group B(multimedia teaching group) 90 cases. Then the MBI-SS scale before and after the teaching, academic record and students' satisfaction degree of two groups were compared. Results The MBI-SS scale of group B at first and second semester after the teaching were better than those of group A, the total excellent and good rates of academic record were higher than those of group A, the students' satisfaction degree were higher than those of group A, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application effect of multimedia teaching in medical education course is better than that of traditional teaching, and it is more welcomed by students.
