摘要
肿瘤严重威胁人类的健康,已是我国居民首要的死亡原因,而目前我国肿瘤学教学却相对滞后和薄弱。在临床教学中,根据教学大纲制定教学目标,联合应用问题导向式教学、案例教学和多学科协作教学模式,分阶段实施,注重理论联系实际。通过多种教学模式的联合应用,激发了学生学习的主动性,促进了学生临床思维的建立,提升了学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,提高了教学质量。多种教学模式的联合应用对培养高素质肿瘤专业临床医生和肿瘤的防治工作具有重要意义。
Cancer threatens the health of human beings severely and has been the leading cause of death in China. However, the teaching of oncology is relatively lagging and unsubstantial. According to the teaching objective resulting from oncological syllabus, combination models of problem based learning, case based learning and multidisciplinary teaching were performed in the different stage of clinical teaching of oncology. This approach aroused the self-motivation of the students, promoted the formation of clinical thinking, and enhanced the ability of analyzing and solving questions, ultimately resulting in the improvement of teaching quality. Conclusively, combined application of multiple teaching models plays a critical role for the cultivation of clinical specialists of oncology as well as the prevention and treatment of cancer.
