摘要
目的分析联合教学在神经内科临床护理带教中的应用价值。方法于2016年12月我院神经内科临床护理带教中实施联合教学,比较联合教学前后学生考核成绩与教学质量。结果联合教学后,各项教学质量评分均高于联合教学前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合教学后,学生的理论与实践考核成绩分别为(95.6±2.4)分、(96.6±3.2)分,高于联合教学前成绩,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合教学能够有效提高神经内科临床护理带教质量,提升学生的理论水平和实践操作能力。
Objective To analyze the combined teaching in neurologyclinical nursing application value in teaching. Methods The implementation of combined teaching in clinical nursing teaching in neurology department of our hospital from December 2016, to compare the students' examination results and teaching quality before and after the combined teaching. Results After the combined teaching, the scores of teaching quality were higher than those of combined education, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). After the combined teaching, the results of the students' theoretical and practical assessment were(95.6±2.4) points and(96.6±3.2)points respectively, which were higher than those before the combined teaching.The differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The combination of neurology teaching can effectively improve clinical nursing teaching quality, improve students' theoretical level and practical ability.
