摘要 在临床医学教育工作中,肿瘤放射治疗涉及较多内容,要想有效提高学生的学习效率和水平,就要从多元化教学机制入手,确保理论联系实践,为传统教学结构升级奠定基础,从而确保学生能够在肿瘤放射课堂教学中掌握理论知识与实践技能。提高学生解决问题的能力,更好地应用知识,并且要结合问题对知识体系进行横向分析和纵向挖掘,保证教学理论和实践有效融合。本文对肿瘤放射治疗教学现状进行了简要分析,并集中阐释了肿瘤放射治疗教学的创新化教育方法,旨在改善当前肿瘤放射治疗教学实效性差、创新性不足的局面,激发学生的学习兴趣,为学生营造更为高效的课堂教学氛围。 In clinical medical education, radiotherapy involves more content, in order to effectively improve students' learning efficiency and level, we must start from the diversification of teaching mechanism, ensure that the combination of theory and practice, and lays the foundation for the traditional teaching structure, so as to ensure that students can master the theoretical knowledge and practical skills in radiation oncology teaching in. We should improve students' ability to solve problems, better apply knowledge, and combine problems with knowledge system to analyze horizontally and longitudinally, so as to ensure effective integration of teaching theory and practice. This paper gives a brief analysis on the current situation of radiation oncology teaching, and illustrates the radiation oncology teaching methods innovation education, to improve the teaching effectiveness of radiotherapy is poor, lack of innovation situation, stimulate students' interest in learning, for students to create a more efficient classroom atmosphere.
