摘要
目的采用项目反应理论评价消化系统疾病护理试卷填空题质量,为教学评价提供参考。方法整群抽取锦州医科大学本科消化系统疾病护理试卷159份,应用项目反应理论相关指标评价试题质量。结果试题信度0.623,结构效度0.621;T1、T2、T3、T4、T5难度系数分别为0.60、0.63、0.69、0.67、0.53,总体难度系数为0.62;区分度分别为0.74、0.40、0.62、0.15,总体区分度为0.34,特征曲线显示试题难度、区分度、题目信息分布不一。结论应进一步修订试题,应用传统的评测指标结合IRT综合评定试卷质量。
Objective To evaluate the quality of filling questions in nursing papers of digestive system diseases by item response theory, and to provide reference for teaching evaluation. Methods 159 nursing papers of digestive system diseases in Jinzhou Medical University were selected by cluster sampling, and item quality was evaluated by item response theory. ResultsThe test question reliability was 0.623 and the structure validity was 0.621; the difficulty coefficients of T1, T2, T3, T4 and T5 were 0.60, 0.63, 0.69, 0.67 and 0.53 respectively, and the overall difficulty coefficient was 0.62; the degree of distinction was 0.74, 0.40, 0.62, 0.15, and the total area diversity was 0.34, and the characteristic curves showed the difficulty of the test, the division of the area and the distribution of topic information are different. Conclusion The test questions should be further revised, and the quality of examination papers should be comprehensively evaluated by combining traditional evaluation index with IRT.
