规培中神经外科专业学位研究生培训的反思

Standardized Training for Neurosurgery Postgraduate

目的总结神经外科专业学位研究生和住院医师规范化培训并轨培养的经验。方法统一神经外科专硕和规培的培养目标,采用多种途径培养神经外科专业型硕士。结果我科5年内培养10名专业学位研究生,全部通过了执业医师考试,并获得了规定的4个证书。结论将规培与神经外科专硕的培养有机结合,能切实保障研究生的培养质量,提高人才培养效率。

Objective To sum up the experience of training for neurosurgery postgraduate and resident doctors＇ standardized training. Methods To unify The training target and programs, train the professional degree graduate through various ways. Results The department has trained 10 postgraduates in 5 years. They all received the 4 required certificates. Conclusion Combined with the regulation culture and professional degree postgraduates of neurosurgery, can improve the efficiency of talent training.
