托管类紧密型医联体对加强全科医师队伍建设的效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Commission Management Hospital Pattern of Medical Consortium on the Training of the General Practitioner Team

目的了解大兴区托管类紧密型医联体建设对加强基层全科医师队伍建设的效果,探讨加强全科医师队伍建设模式。方法以2家托管卫生院为实验组、初期整体医疗水平与实验组基本相当的3家基层卫生院为对照组,通过问卷调查医务人员198人和门诊患者300人进行比较。结果实验组医务人员近三年参加培训与能力提升、转岗意愿与满意度共6个指标均好于对照组,门诊患者服务利用、服务满意度评价6个指标均好于对照组,除技术水平提升和电子健康档案建档2个指标外,其余8个指标两组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论托管类紧密型医联体有助于缓解基层人才培养困境和做好家庭医生签约服务,提高了患者和医务人员满意度。

Objective To evaluate the effect of commission management hospital pattern of medical consortium on the training of the general practitioner team in Daxing district, and to explore the construction model of the general practitioner team. Method With 2 commission managementhospitals as experimental group, and 3 hospitals with comparable medical level in initial period as control group, surveyed 198 medical staff and300 clinic patients. Results In experimental group, 6 variables of medical staffs about rate of training, ability promotion and satisfaction, and 6 variables of outpatients about service utilization and satisfaction were better than those in control group. Except for 2 variables, the difference of the other 8 variables was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The commission management hospital pattern of medical consortium made certain effect in relieving the plight of training primary talent, increasing the contract rate with family doctors, and improving the satisfaction of medical workers and patients.
