摘要
医院核医学科PET/CT中心的医用回旋加速器是一个必不可少的设备,该设备在进行应用时也多具有放射性。因此对于医用回旋加速器仪器机房的整体筹建工作当中,需要做好相关的放射防护工作。文章就医用回旋加速器的工作流程展开细致的分析,同时介绍加速器室、质控室、储气室、放射化学实验室、操作室、设备间以及办公室的设施配备、房间要求以及防护、通风等设置,为医用回旋加速器的机房整体筹建工作提供相关的参考思路,期望更好的促进核医学科的发展。
The medical cyclotron at the PET/CT center of the hospital's nuclear medicine department is an indispensable device that is also radioactive when used. Therefore, for the overall preparation of the medical cyclotron apparatus room, relevant radiation protection work needs to be done. In this paper, a detailed analysis of the workflow of medical cyclotrons is presented. At the same time, facilities, room requirements, and protection and ventilation settings for accelerator rooms, quality control rooms, gas storage rooms, radiochemical laboratories, operating rooms, equipment rooms, and offices are introduced. It provides relevant reference ideas for the overall preparation of the medical cyclotron engine room and hopes to promote the development of nuclear medicine.
