二维超声+四维超声对不同孕周产前超声筛查胎儿畸形的临床价值 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究二维超声+四维超声对不同孕周产前超声筛查胎儿畸形的临床价值。方法选取我院接收的不同孕周产妇176例作为研究对象,对所有产妇分别实施二维超声检查以及二维超声联合四维超声检查,比较两种检查方式诊断准确率。结果二维超声联合四维超声检查胎儿畸形诊断准确率均高于二维超声检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声检查在产前胎儿畸形诊断中发挥着重要的作用,二维超声检查存在一定局限性,联合四维超声检查可显著提高诊断准确性。 Objective To study the clinical value of two-dimensional ultrasound + four-dimensional ultrasonography for the screening of fetalmalformations at different gestational weeks. Methods 176 cases from receiving different gestational age of women were selected as the research objects. For all puerpera, two-dimensional ultrasound and two-dimensional ultrasound combined with four-dimensional ultrasound were performed to compare the diagnostic accuracy of the two methods. Results Two dimensional ultrasound combined with four-dimensional ultrasonography was significantly higher than that of two-dimensional ultrasound, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis in prenatal fetal abnormalities plays an important role, the two-dimensional ultrasound has certain limitations, combined the fourdimensional ultrasound can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy.
