二叶式主动脉瓣畸形经食道超声心动图检查的价值

The Value of Transesophageal Echocardiography for the Two Leaf Aortic Valve Malformation

目的研究二叶式主动脉瓣畸形(BAVD)经食道超声心动图检查的诊断价值。方法选取2016年3月—2018年3月我院心内科收治的二叶式主动脉瓣畸形患者82例作为研究对象,所有患者分别进行胸超声心动图检查和经食道超声心动图检查,对比两种诊断方法诊断准确率。结果采用经食道超声心动图检查BAVD检出率高于经胸超声心动图检查,比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用经食道超声心动图诊断二叶式主动脉瓣畸形的效果明显优于经胸超声心动图诊断,可为后续治疗提供更有效的依据。

Objective To study the diagnostic value of two leaf aortic valve malformation（BAVD） by transesophageal echocardiography. Methods A total of 82 patients with two leaflet aortic valve malformations admitted to our department of cardiology from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected as the research subjects. Chest echocardiography and transesophageal echocardiography were performed in all patients, and the diagnostic accuracy of two diagnostic methods was compared. ResultsThe detection rate of BAVD by transesophageal echocardiography was significantly higher than that of transthoracic echocardiography, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The diagnosis of two leaflet aortic valve deformity by transesophageal echocardiography is better than transthoracic echocardiography. It can provide a more effective basis for follow-up treatment.
