血塞通注射液治疗糖尿病合并脑梗死的疗效观察

Observation on the Effect of Xuesaitong Injection on Diabetes Complicated With Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨糖尿病合并脑梗死采取阿托伐他汀钙联合血塞通治疗的疗效。方法选取2015年5月—2016年5月我院接收的糖尿病合并脑梗死患者86例作为研究对象。将其随机分为对照组(n=43,给予常规治疗+阿托伐他汀钙治疗)与观察组(n=43,给予阿托伐他汀钙+血塞通治疗),观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果相较于对照组,观察组患者的临床有效率显著要高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);此外,治疗后,观察组血液流变学、NIHSS评分均显著改善,且优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病合并脑梗死采取阿托伐他汀钙与血塞通注射液联合治疗,疗效显著,能显著改善患者神经功能。

Objective To discuss the efficacy of atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with xuesaitong injection in diabetes mellitus（DM） patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 86 cases of DM patients with cerebral infarction treated from May 2015 to May 2016 in our hospital were selected. The subjects were randomly assigned to two groups, 43 cases in each group. The control group took the conventional therapy combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets; the observation group took atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with xuesaitong injection. The clinical efficacy was observed. Results Compared with the control group, the clinical efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. In addition, after treatment, the hemorrheology and NIHSS scores of the observation group were significantly improved, and were better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of atorvastatin calcium and Xuesaitong injection is effective in the treatment of diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction.
